What is your returns policy?

  • Unused/non-custom equipment can be retuned within 30 days of purchase.

I received the wrong item

  • If you have received the wrong item B3 will send you a mailing label to return the item and we will immediately replace it with the correct item.

My order arrived damaged

  • If you order arrives damaged we will send you a mailing label to use to return the item to B3.B3 will immediately replace and resend the item.

How do I receive customer support?

  • Customer support can be reached by sending email to sales@b3is.com or by Facebook messenger. We will answer your support question as quickly as we can.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address.If the incorrect address is entered B3 will attempt to recover the package.If the package can not be recovered, B3 will contact you to resolve the issue.
